Correspondence and envelope, dated 1855, sent to Seth Hawley of Coxsackie (Greene County, NY) from Deborah and Elizabeth Hawley of Napoleon (Jackson County, Mich.). The letter expressed their condolences about the death of a dear, unnamed family member and described relatives, friends, and farming and the weather in Napoleon.
